Scott has redefined the meaning of “integrated solution”. He is widely regarded as a true business partner across the spectrum of Launchpad’s client roster and is a firm believer that “agency as strategic partner” are more than just words.
Scott began his career on the client side at AT&T, where he spent more than a decade leading organizations in sales, marketing, operations and advertising. On the agency side at McCann Erickson and Grey, he consistently led the charge toward defining the next generation of agency model by breaking down the traditional “silos” and pursuing full integration.
To date Scott has fostered integrated relationships and developed highly successful programs with marquee brands, including BellSouth, Xbox, Nokia, Sprint, Gateway, Verizon Wireless, Lehman Brothers and Aetna.

David Low
President

David is driven by big thinking and enjoys focusing complex issues into powerful ideas. He has a proven history of successfully navigating clients’ businesses from strategic insights to creative excellence by challenging the status quo and delivering choreographed, purpose-driven solutions. Over the past three years David has played an integral role in securing and leading a range of clients at Launchpad including CenturyLink Business (B2B AOR), New Directions Behavioral Healthcare (Digital AOR), PulsePoint (Digital AOR), The Wall Street Journal and Condé Nast. He has worked to ensure that the agency continually pushes the thinking across a wide array of initiatives spanning traditional and digital spectrums.
Prior to founding Launchpad, David made his mark at some of Madison Avenue’s top agencies including BBDO, McCann Erickson and Grey. He accelerated to Senior Vice President by driving many of their most successful integrated launches including; MasterCard Business Card, Microsoft Xbox, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Army and Nokia, to name a few.

Noah Ross

Noah leads the creative team in the development of award-winning purpose-driven creative, executed flawlessly. Prior to joining Launchpad, he served creative tenures at Fathom, TracyLocke and McCann Erickson, creating multidisciplinary campaigns for a range of clients including HTC, LG, Xbox, Verizon Wireless, Absolut, Pepsi, and Knoll. His work has been featured in The New York Times, LA Times, New York Magazine, Huffington Post, Gawker, Communication Arts, and 7 international film festivals, including a world premier at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and a screening at Cannes.
