We spent years at big shops. Let’s face it: the old agency model is broken, stuck with politics and too many agency silos. We started Launchpad with the belief that there was a better way for agencies to drive clients’ businesses. No one discipline, silo or any media may be the right solution. What makes us different? As The Interaction Agency™ we start with a clear understanding of what drives our client’s business and then choreograph solutions across the entire interaction from brand-to-buy.

To deliver on this promise we’ve brought together an amazing pool of talent, spanning dozens of categories, 16 agencies and specialties in 22 different disciplines, even a few ex-clients. Launchpad’s leaders bring deep expertise to every project – regardless of size and scale.

We’ve also built an agency where people like to work, and that clients like to work with. Our “no-jerks” hiring policy is one example of why – if you’ve worked with an agency before, you know – this is unique. We aren’t naive enough to believe that every single day will be fun, but we have built an agency where people can come to work believing each day will be a great one.
